Seriously...Thank GOD it's Friday
Hello tumblrfolk!
I pray that everyone had a good week. So this week was crazy busy for me, but I’m so happy I survived! Lots of good things happened during my chaotic schedule. We had our first room inspection at student housing; so Mak and I cleaned our apartment & I made banana bread so it smelled amazing (plus banana bread is so easy to make & delicious!) Safe to say, we got a...

Home is Where the Camera is
This weekend was one of the sunniest Portland has seen in a while. We hit 70 degrees! So Makenzie, Renee and I embarked on an adventure to Cape Kiwanda. It was seriously unlike anything I have ever seen before. The Oregon coast truly is beautiful when the sun is shining. Yes it was extremely windy, but the sights that I saw were priceless. Jesus is just so amazing. I went to church/small groups 3 times this week! I’ve met the most amazing individuals this past week & I’m just so grateful that God always has a plan for every step I...

Art, Chocolate & Timmy
Today was amazing on so many levels. First, I had my school orientation today. I’m usually not a fan of orientations because they’re sooo boring, but the Art Institutes definitely spiced things up a bit. I met so many interesting people today. I mean there’s just such a diverse array of people at my school. I love it. I’ve already met people from different countries too....
