Simple Breakfast
Avocado smoothie with strawberries & whipped cream
Ingredients: 2 avocados, 5 ice cubes, 2 TBSP brown sugar, 1/2 c. coconut milk, 1 banana, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, & 3/4 c. yogurt. Blend until creamy. Garnish with strawberries halfway & on top with a dab of whipped cream.
This also makes for a healthy dessert after dinner as well. Enjoy!

These Days...
Life has been really great lately. I’ve finally learned how to relax. Yesterday I went out for a walk with Mariana & just enjoyed the greenery. Multnomah Falls
BEST. HIKE. EVER. Kenzie & I reached to the top of Multnomah Falls. It was a good 2.5 miles of apples, bugs, plants, sweat, and waterfalls. I love Oregon.
